Falls Prevention information and Demonstration – 29 April 2019
Hi I am Heather. I volunteer in Falls Prevention classes. I have just started a new Move It or Lose It class on a Monday morning at 10 am – 11 am (except Bank Hols) at Banners Gate Community Church, Westwood Road B73 6HU. Come along and try your first class free (normal price £4).  Next Monday 29th April 2019 the interest activity after the class will be Falls Prevention. Coffee/tea available.
